We use a "You Pay What We Pay" Shipping Policy. At checkout you will be provided with a variety of shipping options with the cost of each (what we actually pay to ship your order) and expected delivery times. Note shipping times are separate from production times.

You will be provided with a tracking number (however some shipping methods do not provide tracking) and an estimated delivery date once your order ships. We can not be held responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. We do not guarantee any completion or delivery times for your purchases.

Canada Post Community Mailbox

If you live in an area with Canada Post Community Mailboxes, we recommend entering the PO Box information, upon which you will see the Canada Post shipping options. However please then go back and enter your house/apartment address to see any courier shipping options. Couriers will NOT deliver to PO Boxes, but will deliver right to your front door.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments:

If a shipment is returned to us because the address you provided in your order is incorrect or undeliverable, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to a corrected address. This includes the return item fee we incur for returned shipments.

Customs Fees:

There are no customs fees for products shipped within Canada. Merchandise exported to another country must clear customs and the recipient of the merchandise may have to pay duties on the item(s). We have no control over these charges. Some items below a certain value may not be charged any duties.
