Our Products

Yes, all our products are machine washable.

The products are embroidered using digitization techniques on industrial embroidery machines in Quebec, Canada. Digitization allows us to align and space the designs perfectly.

Ordering

We have done our best to make the user experience quick and easy when personalizing an item. Just click "Personalize It & Order!" on a product page and follow the step-by-step instructions. If you get stuck, please contact us.

Choosing multiple thread colours from among many choices results in thousands of combinations. It can be overwhelming! We can always choose the colours that appear best on each particular item based on our experience. Please contact us before or right after ordering for our suggestions.

Most items are usually shipped out within two weeks. Depending on inventory deliveries, they may take up to 8 weeks. We will do our best to announce longer than expected production times right on the product page. Ready-made items are usually shipped out within 72 hours.

If a product is out of stock, we will do our best to post an expected availability date on the product page. If you need more specifics, can always contact us.

Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide! We usually use Purolator or Canada Post within Canada. Shipping times can vary greatly even within Canada. Shipping times, while not guaranteed, are estimated when selecting your shipping method at checkout. Our full shipping policy can be found here.

Shipping costs vary greatly even within Canada. We strive to use our volume shipping discounts with carriers to get you the best rates and give you a variety of options. You will see all shipping options during the checkout. 

Yes. If your address is in Quebec, you may select in-person pickup as your shipping option. This is free. Our location is in Ile Bizard. Please note we will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up to arrange a time. Our warehouse is generally only open weekdays during the day. At any time you may request shipping and we will send a payment request.

If your address is outside of Quebec and you still wish to pick-up (or have someone pickup on your behalf) please select standard shipping and then contact us. We will refund the shipping upon pickup.

If you need to make a change or cancel an order that you placed, please contact us immediately. As long as the item has not been personalized yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Your order may be cancelled if it has not yet been produced; however it may be subject to a $20.00 CAD per item re-stocking fee.

This usually occurs when you order a blanket and another item such as a stuffie.

You will be charged one shipping rate and your order will be shipped when all items are ready. If you want to receive your items separately when each is ready, please contact us to pay a separate shipping fee.
