This is an amazing company. They are very easy to communicate with. I originally placed my order on a Sunday morning. I had a few questions and I received an answer almost immediately on a Sunday morning! I also made a mistake on the time of birth of my Grand Girl and they were on it and changed that for me too. Now, the actual quality of the Moose was also outstanding. I was so happy to see that there is a zipper and you can remove the stuffing (which is enclosed in a little pouch) so the outside can be washed and there is no damage to the inside. I would 100% purchase it again and highly recommend this company to everyone!! Great job BitsyBon!
