I had ordered this for a birthday present, the website said within 5 to 10 business days, I even ordered it early to avoid any chances of it being late. Unfortunately, it took 4 weeks to be delivered with 3 unanswered emails by the company. When my product product did come, It was exactly what I had ordered. Very happy with the product. Not very happy with the service and communication. Even if my product was going to be late I would have been fine with that. Had there been communication so for that, 3 stars.

The sloth lovey is cute and soft. However, it’s just okay in my opinion. My daughter has other lovies that are bigger blankets with the animal attached at the middle, whereas this lovey is a tiny square of fabric with the animal attached at one corner. Additionally, the personalization is pretty, but poorly executed in my opinion. I have included a picture for you to see the back of the lovey. The embroidery happened after the item was constructed, therefore the embroidery shows through to the back of the item. Its fine if you choose a similar color so it blends better. Had I chosen a bright color, I feel like it would look very bad. Ultimately, I would stick with the bigger stuffed animals and stay away from the lovies for personalization. The bigger animals are perfection! I am glad I got the lovey for half price as an add on item. I would not want to pay more than that for such a tiny lovey because there are bigger ones for the same price elsewhere.
