This is my second Bitsy that I've ordered. I order Sammy the sloth in 2021 and now Bruce the moose now. Unfortunately, I'm not as satisfied with my Bitsy this time around. It came missing a lot of stuffing. It wasn't sturdy at all like the sloth is. I had to go out and buy more stuffing (and was able to put it in the body and head). The arms and legs are sewn shut, so they are still floppy. I'm very disappointed especially considering the price I paid and how long it took to get it!

The bear is significantly flatter than the previous bear I purchased in 2021. I think it It needed to be stuffed more. The stitching on the front part of the bear had several pink colored stains. The message patch on the back is lob sided.

"Bruce the Moose" arrived today and he is perfect! Ordered July 18/21, and recieved August 5/21. Had issues with the website while ordering, so sent a message, and was helped promptly. Purchased this for my new grandson, it is so cute and soft! What I didn't know is that it is washable!!! The stuffing is in individual packets and you can remove them and wash the the outer cloth. I was so happy about that! Mommy and Daddy loved it as it was a gift for them.
