I have order a bear for my first baby and it was perfect, of course I wanted to order from the same place for my second baby. I ordered March 19, it’s been 2 months I cannot get a hold of anyone! Multiple emails have been sent, as well as phone calls no response to either.

I really loved the lettering and the colors. I did not like the llama itself. I was disappointed at how matted the fur looked. It was like it was old. I really wish I had bought the bunny.
