The ordering process was easy and you got a preview image. As the order progressed, I was kept in the loop with emails and more images to make sure all the information was correct. We received them in a timely manner. The animals are awesome! I love the personalization. The animals are bigger than I expected and are super soft.

Great attention to detail, Bitsy Bon emailed me to make sure the info i sent for embroidery was correct. I had switched the length and weight by accident. I like that it's zippered for easy washing. Perfect stuffed toy for my son to grow up with.

What started off as an ad on facebook quickly turned into a purchase for my daughter, i got her a monkey! And then my friend had her baby boy and I knew exactly what to get him!
